The Great Book launch has come at last for "Leaving Galway"

Well for those who may be interested my county Meath Ireland book launch for my latest Book "Leaving Galway" will be on December 3 2016 in Jack Quinn's pub Trim county Meath about a mile outside Trim on the Dublin road out of Trim at about 8pm. There will be lots going on. Everyone is absolutely welcome you do not have to buy a book. There will be an open mic for everyone after the launch and we will have some laughs for sure. Another war not so long ago

The  Viet Nam war  is    not so long ago.A great  horror  and tragedy  so easily forgotten. How many more wars since then  and always   a bunch of willing fools to  fight these wars for the rich and unscrupulous. So much for learning by one' mistakes.

A brief chat with Sean Maguire on PIR

Well like I said  I had a short but enjoyable chat  with old friend Sean Maguire and we talked about this and that on  air.Had a  slight problem with my mic at the end of the show  but all ended well .Phew!

Recent Boyne Berries booklaunch

 Well I attended a recent  launch of the latest  Boyne Berries magazine , well attended  and of course it did not disappoint. Good to see some old  friends again.I got some pics  bur a few went a bit  pear-shaped as usual.Well here's what I got.As I say a few did not come out right or not at all.So  please forgive my ineptitude.A good night and well done all.
